Tonight northern Michigan band Los Vimanas came into Sta's humble abode. They performed 2 songs featured on their Reverbnation page (http://www.reverbnation.com/losvimanas) in a rare acoustic setting! Sta got a random person to say "coleslaw" for the secret word in "Kashier Khaos" for Microbrew & Music Fest ticket registration & we talked about ways to help out with the Flint water crisis.
Tonight was our "Female Empowerment Show!" Sarah Marie, ambassador for the online magazine Outbella joined us to promote the magazine. We also played "Karaoke Khaos"; a game we came up with to register someone for tickets to the Traverse City Microbrew & Music Festival in February, even though you can easily register online. Ha ha!! As well as the music of Carrie Westbay!!
Dedicated father, full time rocker & local contestant from season 6 of NBC's The Voice, Ryan Whyte Maloney joins us!! We also have "The Herb Man" in house with us to talk about the proposal for marijuana on the coming ballot in November.
